Mujeres Cafeteras 中焙全豆咖啡 16oz

The medium roast is nicely smooth without any bitter edge—exactly what I look for in a whole bean. The 16oz bag lasted me a good while, and every morning brew had that clean, mellow finish. Really glad I picked this one.

Bought this to support the women growers and the medium roast turned out smoother than my usual dark beans. It's a 16oz whole bean bag, so I grind it fresh each morning and it brews without any bitterness.

Ground these fresh and the kitchen smelled like caramel and toasted nuts before the water even hit. As a medium roast it's smooth enough to drink black, no bitterness at all, and knowing it supports Colombian women growers makes the 16oz bag go down even easier.
